Snow Day Workout with MaZi!

OK! So we love snow days but if we don't move we're not happy! If you haven't already downloaded our Ballerina Evolve cardio/strength workout from Amazon, make sure to do it now for some of our fave Ballerina Bum Bootcamp & Dance Cardio moves all in one featuring Marisol, Ziba & Kiley!

Here's the itinerary for your snow day workout:

Planks- yummy series that will get your whole body going in 5 mins!

Bum & Legwork- lift that bum, ;).

Beach Abs- this vid is shot at the beach, a sight for sore eyes!

Arms- grab bottled water that you are hoarding this weekend and get pumping!

Tabata Burst- get a metabolism lift for the rest of the day while working your waist & inner thighs.

Stability & Balance- Another beach video to work on your balance, much needed these days!

Stretch for Snow Shovelers- And end with a little anti-aging stretch to release a stiff back.
